You deserve more than just regular play. The ole99 VIP Programme is designed to reward your loyalty — with higher withdrawal limits, exclusive bonuses, personalised service, and privileges you won't find anywhere else.
Each tier brings increasingly exclusive privileges. The higher your tier, the greater the rewards that await.
Every ole99 VIP member enjoys a range of benefits designed specifically for a more premium and comfortable gaming experience
For most Malaysian players familiar with various online platforms, the first question that often comes up is — what makes the ole99 VIP programme better than the rest? The answer is simple: ole99 built this VIP programme not merely to retain customers, but to genuinely value the time, trust, and loyalty of every member.
On some other platforms, a VIP programme is nothing more than an empty label — you get a badge, but the real benefits are barely noticeable. At ole99, every VIP tier brings meaningful changes you can feel directly in your daily gaming experience. Higher withdrawal limits, cashback credited automatically without any application needed, and an account manager who truly understands your needs — none of this is just promotional talk; it is ole99's commitment to its loyal members.
One of the most appreciated features among ole99 VIP members is the transparent and automatic upgrade tracking system. Every deposit and betting activity you make counts toward reaching the next VIP tier. There is no need to apply manually or wait for a review from ole99 — the system automatically verifies your eligibility and upgrades your account within 24 hours once the requirements are met.
Furthermore, your VIP tier at ole99 is permanent as long as you remain active. Unlike some platforms that downgrade your VIP status after a period of inactivity, ole99 values your long-term loyalty. Your activity history is taken into account when assessing your tier, ensuring you never lose the status you worked hard to achieve.
The ole99 cashback program for VIP members is designed with one core goal — ensuring you always have more to play with. Cashback is calculated based on your total net betting amount over a week, not just your losses alone. This means even in a good week, you are still eligible to have a portion of your betting activity returned as credit.
Before using this platform. Please play responsibly.
Once you reach Gold tier and above, you no longer need to deal with the general support system. ole99 will assign you a personal account manager who understands your profile, your playing habits, and your specific needs as a VIP member. This manager is reachable through a dedicated communication channel exclusive to VIP members — faster, more personal, and more efficient.
Ole99 VIP account managers do more than resolve issues — they proactively keep you informed about the latest promotions suited to you, remind you of unclaimed cashback, and ensure your experience at ole99 is always smooth and enjoyable. This is the standard of service once found only at world-class physical casinos, now available right at your fingertips.
Ole99 VIP privileges extend across all game categories available on the platform. Whether you enjoy Live Casino, Slots, Sports, or Bingo, your VIP status gives you added advantages in every section. Platinum and Diamond VIP members even gain access to high-limit game tables not open to regular users — giving you the opportunity to play bigger and potentially win more.
In short, the ole99 VIP program is far more than a marketing gimmick. It is a comprehensive and transparent rewards ecosystem that genuinely delivers value to loyal members. If you are serious about your online gaming experience in Malaysia, there is every reason to join the ole99 VIP program today and start enjoying all the privileges you have long deserved.
